Our efforts toward making V3i more user-friendly and accessible has resulted in our improved app - V3i Service Request. From here users can create malfunction reports or service requests directly from their smartphone.
The app is ready for use as soon as you entered the distribution name you want to work with.
The app can read both QR and bar codes and will automatically use the built in camera light when lighting conditions require it.
When creating a new malfunction report or service request by scanning a QR or bar code the app will download all the information about the chosen object. The user must only fill in their contact details in the "Who", and describe the malfunction or service in the "WHAT".
When Malfunction report or service request is created the notifier to will receive ongoing notification of all changes to the errand by e-mail until the task is fully completed.
